Translate messages for version 3.1 #158

@snd1, @trebmuh and @xfgusta, Elektroid 3.1 is ready so I'm asking for your collaborations once again in case you're still interested.

This version brings support for Elektron Digitakt II and Arturia MicroFreak and along with this many improvements and lots of refactoring; but not many new messages. Newer translations are related to the settings and the MicroFreak defragmentation and there are a couple of messages for the information column in the remote browser and the undo option in the wave editor.

As always, there is no deadline.

Milestone 3.1 due date is on October the 6th.

If you want to include the new translations, there are only a couple of weeks left. However, milestone 3.2 is meant basically for GTK 4 porting so this issue could be moved there without any hassle.

(Excuse me if I'm annoying you with this trifle. Perhaps I should not do this but it seems like the proper way to manage new releases.)

It's all good for me, keep pinging me for translation please. I just didn't had much free time on those last weeks.
