AC_PROG_LIBTOOL is deprecated, use LT_INIT #40

AC_PROG_LIBTOOL is outdated; updated to LT_INIT. Tested on Tumbleweed & Fedora.

Works fine on Debian too.

I'll remove the old commented line in the future.
