export_fig #36

Export_fig - this is contained in all Sharath's repos, I agree we need to remove this from individual repos.

Sharath's (2019) version of export_fig:

Warning: export_fig currently supports transparent patches/areas only in PNG output.
To export transparent patches/areas to PDF, use the print command:
 print(gcf, '-dpdf', 'test.pdf');
