2.7 –what is the scan-varying refinement? – uncertainty in the "tilt step" during the rotation?

The scan-varying refinement of DIALS is a method for doing global refinement yet allowing for some parameters to varying during the scan as a function of rotation angle. This is described in detail in previous articles, including Waterman et al. 2016 and Winter et al. 2018. A novel aspect presented in this work is the extension of this methodology to the beam direction.
