R1Q13 prediction for integration #25

2.9 are only found peaks integrated, of integrations "boxes" are "sprayed" on the data once the unit cell basis and orientation matrix are known?

As is common for X-ray diffraction integration software, the "found" peaks are used to refine the experimental geometry and determine the size of the integration boxes, but in integration all reflections predicted up to a chosen resolution limit are integrated (except for any rejected due to other criteria). We modified one sentence in Section 2.9 to make this clearer.
