Can DIALS run under Windows? Most TEM camera vendors develop their software for Windows, for practical reasons it would be good to have a Windows compatible version.

Yes, DIALS runs on Windows and is distributed by CCP4 on that platform. Experimental nightly builds for Windows are also available from https://dials.github.io/installation.html. One caveat is that multiprocessing may not work at on Windows, so steps that can normally be parallelised, such as spot-finding and integration, should be run as a single process.
