Figure: scan-varying vs observed beam centre #9

Could be useful to plot this, a visual indication that the sv beam refinement is sensible. Will require a technique for extracting the observed beam centre from the CBF images...

It turns out that this plot is misleading. Smoothing models with 5-6 sub-parameters per rotation angle certainly track the observed beam centre quite well, but the merged data has worse statistics. The best statistics are achieved with the simplest model, with 2 sub-parameters per angle, but this doesn't track the higher-frequency variation in the beam centre as closely.
