Non commercial use only, share alike with attribution

but why do you ask? This code is effectively obsolete now rocrail has the well integrated Wio with the throttle option?

I had a short look on WIO. WIO source code is availbale but it is not open source and must not be changed, as written in Rocrail wiki. So I cannot use it for my own project. If I can use the fork of your project as GPL2 or later this would be great.
