Test failure because of Inline and Inline::C separation #24

The t/19-inline-c.t test fails if only Inline is installed, but not Inline::C. Inline::C is released in an own distribution since 0.54. See http://www.cpantesters.org/cpan/report/47501784 for a sample fail report.
