The test suite started to fail:

Dubious, test returned 1 (wstat 256, 0x100)
Failed 1/19 subtests

Looks similar to https://github.com/dagolden/DateTime-Tiny/issues/2 so it is a possible incompatibility with DateTime-Locale-1.33
