Translate button #104

Fix #97 Button to translate only following an axis. Some code in comments if we add the possibility of moving following the Z-axis in the future. For the moment, the function setPosition only works for X and Y. See Issue #98

CONFLICT : Since the tool buttons will be put on the left of the window, the translate button need to be moved too in the right place. (PR #120 )

Maybe a conflict of code with PR #124 because of glButtons.png. Don't worry, it is the same image. You can normally ignore the conflict.
