v0.2.9 has changed #102

Hey @cpettitt,

It looks like your recent release has broken v0.2.9. dagre-d3.js used to be located in /js but isn't any longer. Can you check your tags to make sure you didn't retroactively change versions?

I didn't, but I did switch from having a separate bower repo to running the bower repo out of the main project. I think that a legacy repo needs to be created to serve up the older artifacts under a different name, maybe dagre-d3-v2 or something along those names. I hope someone in the community who is interested in the older builds can set that up.
