[FR] Automatically update displayed state when refreshing workspace code location #5

When I hit "Redeploy" in Dagster Cloud, the status doesn't auto update, I have to refresh the page in the browser. Since it updates to say 'Updating...' when I click the button I expected that it would auto-update; and anyway auto updating would be helpful!
