Document dagster-cloud branch-deployment #6

When I run

dagster-cloud -h

I don't see any option for branch-deployment. But the command is available and if I ask for help

dagster-cloud branch-deployment -h

I do get info on this command.

This is resolved with https://docs.dagster.io/dagster-cloud/developing-testing/branch-deployments/using-branch-deployments#using-branch-deployments-with-the-dagster-cloud-cli.
