[FR] Use different ECS Task Execution Roles in multiple locations. #9

I want to use different ECS Task Execution Roles in multiple locations. Currently, Dagster Cloud only allows deployment using a single dagster.yaml when the Agent is built in an AWS ECS environment, so I would like to be able to set up separate ECS Task Execution Roles for multiple locations.
