Hello! I'm Erie. I'm on the digital team at the CFPB, and was on the team that helped set up the complaint system as well as the database. Very, very excited to see what happens with this, and glad to answer any questions I can. Thank you so much for setting this up!

Hi, I'm Aaron. I attended Erie's panel a Transparency Camp 2013. She introduced me to the data set, and I promised to write her a tool within two weeks. The fruits of my labor are here (https://twitter.com/cfpb_track) -- that handle will start tweeting daily complaint trends for the biggest four banks, with some fun symbols for the magnitude of the trend. (Symbol chart http://tiny.cc/cfpbSymbols)

Let me know if you have any suggestions for the tool as it gets rolling.
