LibreOffice should use SVG natively #17

LibreOffice at the moment adds SVG vector graphics stored in a Starview Metafile (SVM), so it expects others to do the same thing. It would be so much better if LibreOffice would accept and add SVG files natively (in base64).

This discussion is ongoing with LibreOffice/OpenOffice developers.

Fix apparently already exists, but requires some testing before it is committed to master branch.

Should ship with LibreOffice 3.5.0
