Nested paragraphs are not allowed in ODF #18

One of the biggest issues with our ODF back-end is that I don't know if there is a way to prevent paragraph nesting. So if paragraphs are nested, LibreOffice will simply drop the content of a nested paragraph.

This may require some modifications to AsciiDoc ?
