xmllint fails to validate using RelaxNG schema

Due to a bug in xmllint, validation of ODF files using the RelaxNG schema fails with the following error message:

Unimplemented block at relaxng.c:8948

The bug has been reported on Red Hat's bugzilla, and was promptly fixed by Daniel Veillard.

Ships with RHEL 6.3 now.
