Do we have a call for GetFileSizeEx(...) ?

See the instructions on the home page for determining if the library has the function. The docs for it say its in Kernel32, so you can go that that item on the chart and click through to the page that has all the available functions, listed alphabetically. Following those steps, you would find that that function has been implemented.
