Rewrite #8

The code has turned to spaghetti. Having learned more about Python-SimConnect, it is time to rewrite again.

May want to wait on the next Python-SimConnect release, though. It looks like there's plans in the works to change it significantly.

v0.7, while still spaghetti, at least has enough structure I will close this.
