Add show remote name #908

This PR resolves feature request #781.

The updated README.md needs to have the following image added with the name of 'PromptShowRemoteName.png' to GitHub: PromptShowRemoteName

I closed it yesterday evening as I'm currently developing something more than just a binary option for the user for this feature. More inline with what @cosmosb mentioned in #781. I expect I'll create another PR here by the end of the day.
