Once some conflicts between the source and destination configs have been revealed by the dojang status command, the dojang diff command should be able to tell us what specifically are conflicting.
dojang diff: three-way diff between source and destination configs and the index
dojang diff --source: diff between the source config and the index
dojang diff --destination (--target?): diff between a destination config and the index
dojang diff --two-way: two-way diff between the source and destination configs
