Implement "lift" editing action #2

The editing action lifts removes selected material from the sequence and leaves a black filler to fill the gap. The material is placed in the clipboard.

This feature is dependent on the existence of a currently unimplemented clipboard (see issue #5).

Keyboard shortcut: z

The feature has been partially implemented. The operation is performed but the selected material is not placed in the clipboard.
