any html at any site can view plantuml code to image. add two selector div[puml] pre[uml] and modify existing github markdown selector

This PR contains both acceptable 👍 and absolutely unacceptable 👎 changes. As a result, we regretfully have to reject this entire PR at the current status.

I agree with:

• add css selector for general purpose 👍 ... main theme of this PR
• add package-lock.json 👍 ... but must be separated PR

I want to discuss with you why you want to change:

• add support for CSP 🤔 ... but must be separated PR
• change directory structure 🤔 ... but must be separated PR
• using svg instead of img 🤔 ... but must be separated PR

I cant accept:

• remove original README contents 👎
• change product name 👎
• disable replacement feature on click 👎

etc, etc.

Please organize the changes and divide the PR for each theme of change. And please include changes only "add css selector for general purpose" in this PR.

Is there an intention to update this PR like that? As long as you answer yes, I will close this PR in a week.
