Certificate Error #18

when i tried to install application, which is send via bluetooth into the 
inbox.., it gives error, Certificate Error, Contact the application supplier

This can't work because you have to sign the application by yourself! Read the 
"Getting started" guide.

when I try to sign TTGPSLogger on the Web site of Open Signed Online the 
website that appears is: 
https://www.symbiansigned.com/signedui/welcomeapp/page/public/openSignedOnline.d
o  of Nokia and page is not available. 

Could you inform me how I get the software again? There is still exist?

I have some urgency on this because I need this application to develop my PhD 
work.
