I try to sign TTGPSLogger on the Web site of Open Signed Online the website 
that appears is:

o  of Nokia. 
Could you inform me how I get the software again? There is still exist?

It seems that "Open Signed Online" is discontinued...
Please read the instructions at 
http://www.developer.nokia.com/Community/Wiki/User_guide:_Symbian_Signed to 
sign the app.

Alternatively you can request an certificate from OPDA and sign your app with 
an appropriate tool like exists.exe.
