Use more specific language in the hotkey menu for Weapons: Disable missile aim lock #2059

The hotkey label for disabling missile aim lock is very vague - it only says Disable. This pull request changes the label to be Disable missile aim lock to be a bit more specific and follow the convention of the other labels.
