Feeder keeps retracting after a while.. #1242

Hi, I have used my Ultimaker a few times now and works pretty nice. Now up a sudden it is giving ma a hard time. I start a print that would take about 10 to 12 hours of printing, but after a few hours, it stops producing plastic out of the nozzle. The head is still making its movements, but it is not being fed. The Plastic is being pushed and pulled back continuously. anyone any idea?!? Thanks.

Maybe the stepper driver of the extruder motor gets too hot and is switched off.
