Trouble with connection between pc and 3d printer #1505

I bought a 3d printer prusa mendel i3, and in setting maching I selected the serial port (COM3) for my machine and baudrate 115200, but when I push print button it appears opening serial port and suddenly appears closed, please see the attached file p1.pdf. What can I do? p1.pdf

Is the g-code flavour correct? It says Makerbot in your screenshot, but according to data from the newer Cura versions it should be RepRap (Marlin/Sprinter).
