Keep balances separate visually #117

It should be clear what balance is associated with the contract Available for Trading and what balance remains in the user's wallet. The balance in the user's wallet may be considered extraneous information.

Suggestion: Move the account balance down to the Deposit/Withdraw section as that's the only place it's relevant.
