Please note that the server changes here are already deployed for live internal testing, so if you want to try them out without running the app locally you can use the live assistant link.

On the server:

Removes dependency on Assistants API
Passes full transcript to summary generation
Uses OpenAI embeddings for free text field
Massages the summary prompt a bit

On the client:

Attempts to restart transcription if it errors out
Selects the checkbox to provide a meeting key to the bot by default

It cannot be merged because Chad's not an official "collaborator" on this repo unlike those originally tagged (I've just added him) and branch protections are in place.
