change featured piece to the cannabis kingdom featured piece

the current image situation is not ideal, since it's basically a huge image cropped to the previous size
(this is still sponsored by the bridget o'brien scholarship right?)

I don't think this is technically a Bridget O' Brien project - I can ask to see if they do want to mention that it was funded by a more general travel grant
