Let's get the latest version of jQuery 3 and include it in every page (i.e., put it in scripts.njk). Also create a new nunjucks file (e.g., jquery.njk) in the src/ directory and create a fun animation with jQuery.
Since we need jQuery for some scrollytelling libraries (#5), please get this done soon!
