Pull CaCO3/VFS directly from SSURGO #109

For our wind erosion/SWEEP modelling, we are calculating CaCO3 from WEPP's output, which appears to be suboptimal. Instead, we should directly pull this from SSURGO as it is a static field. Maybe need Very Fine Sand as well.

The VFSand column of the dep_soilfractions table appears to have the very fine sand value we want.
