Why most mondains-legacy quests are not avilable after spawner? #1

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Spawner
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Most quests and new npc does appear after spawner. But can use 'add
npcname' to add them, unlucky that cannot get the quests from them.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Vista 64

Have you done the [SettingsML to activate the different systems within Mondain's
Legacy. And have you done [DecorateML to set the Mondain's Legacy spawners and 
such?

Sorry, I didn't do them.....

I thought just run [spawner, and spawn the whole world should include the ML's 
quests.

I will try to do them later, Thank you.

PS: by the way, it could be better if you can write a simple introduction on 
how to
use spawner for a noob.

Can I repeat the whole process for a new server?

1. [SettingsML to activate the different systems within Mondain's
Legacy

2. [DecorateML to set the Mondain's Legacy spawners

3. [spawner to rebuild the whole world

4. [spawner to active all regions

5. [save to save the whole world

Could you please check if any step missed?

Yes.  [SettingsML to activate various ML things.  [DecorateML to decorate ML 
things.
 and then [Spawner or use the Premium Stone to spawn all or some of the world to your
liking.
