Cookie policy #1032

Hey @vedmant, we have decided we'll need a cookie policy to adapt DI to GDPR and other privacy rulesets. First - do you have any experience with implementing a cookie policy. Preferably from an open source library?

If not, this is something I ran into: https://brainsum.github.io/cookieconsent/ Could you please check it out and let me know if this would work?

Maybe give an estimate on how much effort this would be to implement.

@ikosovec I added this package you mentioned, you can check this on beta, one thing, when user wants to update this settings, where he can find them? I'll need to add some button somewhere to open this modal again. @Watson-B

@ikosovec @vedmant To clarify, we need to add to the design a link to reopen the cookie settings, correct? The modal for the settings does not need to be designed?

@Watson-B One issue with this design, user can select cookies without logging in, so and he should be able to update setting without login, but profile page is available only for logged in users.
