Calendar categories #88

Allows sorting of events by category in the main calendar (slight known bug that it sends you back to the current month when you try to sort events in a different month – this will be fixed as soon as we fork simple calendar and make the changes we want). These colors are also used in the day view for the event's background color.

This PR also does some small things like sort past events in reverse chronological order, update the about copy, and add an about section explaining the category colors (because you can't change the CSS in select drop-downs 😡).
