import errors on windows 7 #7

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installed on a windows 7 machine.
2. then import ultrafinance

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I'm getting import errors 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0.1 on Windows 7 Home Premium
