NOt disabling anything #255

On my CM9-NIGHTLY-120511-Defy+ doesn't work this software unfortunately, 
doesn't block any app.
I can see in the log that it disable programs which I enable...
I have enabled the white list filtering firewall, and always applied rules, I 
don't know what the problem is, please help!

This is probably the same as #243, do you have traffic accounting turned on ? 
if so try with it disabled.
