How do we properly use Batch Operations or is it Beta #3

Trying to Remove Doubles and Tris to Quads on multiple Objects and get errors. Both Repeat Actions and Streamline Mesh(es). Is it possible to code it so Any Operation can be a Modifier then all things to to be Ctrl+L > Modifiers = Batch Apply?

Update When I use Streamline Mesh(es) > Window appears> Click Remove Doubles > Okay > a Bottom Section below the Toolbar appears, but there is no way to Okay anything, though I think the Remove Doubles applied this time. Update When I use Tris to Quads it gives me errors wither in Window or the Bottom Section of the Toolbar.

Also when I Tris to Quads the Object select copies into all the Layers

Um, that's a lot of questions simultaneously.

First of all, what version of Blender are you using?

What do you mean by "Any Operation can be a Modifier then all things to to be Ctrl+L > Modifiers = Batch Apply"?

I couldn't quite understand your description of the problem with Remove Doubles. What actions on what objects were you trying to do, what was the expected result and what was the actual result?

Tris to Quads indeed has a bug that prevents it from executing. Thanks! However, I don't see any sort of "Object select copies into all the Layers" behavior. What are the steps to reproduce it?

I'll show you what I mean when I get home. I'm editing a Pipboy for Fallout 4.

I committed the bugfix for Tris to Quads, sorry for such a delay "^_^

I'm using 2.78, when I said Toolbar, I didn't know it was called a Tool Shelf.

When I Remove Doubles, the Vertices would go down, but not all the Objects that were selected had the Doubles removed.

Any Operation so like their are Modifiers in the Properties and that if you select multiple Objects in the 3D View then go to Edit Mode > Ctrl + L (Make Links Menu) > Select Materials (Applies Materials to all Objects) or Modifiers (Applies all Modifiers), but now I realize you can only Ctrl + L in Edit Mode which it pointless...if Ctrl+L was in Object Mode it would make sense for those who want Batch Edit like their in Edit Mode while Selecting Objects in Object Mode

Can you provide a test file in which this behavior can be reproduced, and/or make a video showcasing the problem? (preferably both)
