Doesn't work sorta #10

I have to turn it on and off every time I open blender. It's fine until I close blender.

Which version of Blender are you using?

Hmm... I couldn't find any problems when testing in the official 2.79b release version. Can you check if the problem persists in the default Blender setup ("factory settings")?

By the way, how exactly it doesn't work? The 3D cursor does not move? The 3D cursor moves, but using the default Blender operator? Or something else?
