Removes unselected items from current blend file #7

After exporting I find all unselected items are delete from the loaded file. Worse, going to save at that point will overwrite the original file, so it's not even like a bad save-as...

Sorry for the delayed response. Which version of Blender are you using? Starting from the default scene (new file), what are the steps to reproduce the problem?
