focus2002 is references in src/daisy/chemicals/chemical_std.C:2841: frame.set_strings ("cite", "focus2002", "focussw2002");

but is not defined in daisy.bib. Looks like it should be focusgw2002

Sounds likely. I pushed the change. Hopefully I don't need a branch or pull request for this.
