[Chore-i18n] Add missing Japanese trancelations #386

Added missing Japanese messages in ace-core. The order of keys has been changed due to running the yarn i18n-sort command, but the content other than the Japanese translation file has not been changed.

Also, added yarn-related settings to gitignore.

Thank you, I am merging your Pull Request into a staging branch so I can run some checks and undo the yarn.lock changes.
