This is just a starter section to link us up with EPUB's requirements. I expect there will be additions to it later.

Matt, we haven't defined [=BRL creators=] yet instead of [=EPUB creators=]

Oops, I think I copied the text out of the epub spec. Fixed now

But we do have eBraille creator defined. The plural is automatically matched by respec.
