According to the Specifications for the Digital Talking Book:

dtb:sourcePublisher The agency responsible for making available the resource (e.g., a print original, ebook, etc.) from which the DTB is derived. (Compare dc:Publisher.) Occurrence: Optional - recommended. Not repeatable.

It looks like we have printPublisher being used for this right now. sourcePublisher is better as it doesn't assume the medium of the source. Not every book you may transcribe will necessarily come from a print source. Some may exist only as ebooks.
