Some terms in later clauses are not defined here.

Proposed Change: We propose to define "access mode", "accessibility feature", "accessibility hazard", "accessibility summary", "sufficient access mode", "accessibility API", and "accessibility control".

This change would take the definitions away from where the terms are used. The terms are not used outside of 7.2.

These are examples specifically for clause 7.2. The terms and definition section has the terms that are applicable to whole document.
