Sentences are disallowed as term definitions. Term definitions are required to be phrases. See ISO/IEC Directives, Part 2.

Proposed Change: Rewrite definitions as phrases.

(Clause 3.1 and 3.2)

I'm not sure what this refers to, unfortunately. Is it the list of inherited terms or the definitions that are in question?

For example Definition of discoverable is a sentence, but it should be a phrase. i.e. meeting the requirements of clause 7, Discoverability.

Optimized should be rephrased in the same way. meeting the requirements of clause 9, Optimized Publications.
