The draft requires conformance reporting in Dublin Core, which is fine. But conformance report may be provided also in other metadata formats, which may also enable richer documentation of accessibility features than Dublin Core.

Proposed Change: Add examples of conformance reporting in widely used formats such as ONIX for Books and MARC 21 Format for Bibliographic Data.
